Golabki (Stuffed Cabbage)

About: This delicious cabbage roll stuffed with pork and rice comes with an ancient Polish Myth. It is said that the king of Poland in the 15th century during the 13 years war fed his army with these cabbage rolls to give them the strength to fight. Many say that Poland’s victory in this war came from this amazing meal.

Ingredients:

1 cabbage head 4lbs

1 large chopped onion

2 tbs butter

1 lb ground beef

½ lbs ground pork

1.5 cups cooked rice

1tsp finely chopped garlic

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 cup of tomato sauce
