Kotlety Schabowe (Pork Chops)

Description: Polish Pork Chops have been found in Polish cookbooks since the 18th century. Dishes were very common in Poland during the time because there were many Polish farmers. This savory dish includes pork coated with egg and breadcrumbs. It is a perfect main dish for any Polish dinner.

Ingredients:
12 pork chops
salt and pepper
3 eggs
3 or 4 cups of breadcrumbs
Directions:
Rinse pork chops under water.
Cover them with plastic wrap when you flatten them. Use a meat mallet to flatten them.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on each pork chop side.
Prepare a plate of beaten eggs and a plate of bread crumbs.
Soak pork chops in egg then cover them in bread crumbs.
Prepare a frying pan with olive oil on medium heat to fry them.
Serve with mash potatoes and other desired sides.
